Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of NoteOperator. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Last updated March 10, 2026

Using the service

You may use NoteOperator only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for your account, your documents, and any actions taken through your credentials or API keys.

You must not use the service to violate the rights of others, interfere with the platform, bypass security controls, or distribute unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.

Content and responsibility

You retain responsibility for the content you create, upload, or share through NoteOperator. You should ensure you have the right to store, process, and publish that content.

If you enable public sharing or create MCP API keys, you are responsible for the access you grant and the consequences of that access.

Service availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.

You should maintain your own backups and avoid using the service as the sole repository for critical business or regulated records unless you have independently validated that it is appropriate for that purpose.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use creates security, legal, or operational risk, or if you violate these terms.

You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including sections related to responsibility, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

If liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid for the service, if any, during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
